- IEC 60335-1 : 2006
- IEC 60335- Part 2’s
- IEC 60884-1:
- Application form (Online).
- Valid Industry/Trade License (For Companies within UAE).
- Declaration of Conformity by the Applicant on the Product(s) for Registration using the Applicant’s Official Letterhead.
- IEC CB test reports and certificates (no older than 3 years from the date of issuance).
- Performance Test Reports (PTR), applicable to specific product types. (Please see Service Card for EESL covered products).
- Product Identity Declaration (PID), if applicable.
- Copies of labels, markings, logos as required by Specific Standard.
